Hi I’m Tiffany – Certified Nutrition Counselor, Hormone Health Advisor, and Fellow Midlife Woman on a Mission

                After the birth of my second daughter 27 years ago, everything changed. I was hit hard with postpartum depression, along with a cascade of other symptoms that left me feeling like a complete stranger in my own body. Some days, just getting through the day – let alone caring for two kids, felt impossible. When I turned to my doctor for help, the only solution offered was antidepressants. But I knew I needed more than a temporary fix, I wanted to understand what was happening with my body and how to truly feel better.

That was the beginning of my wellness journey, I dove headfirst into the world of nutrition and hormone health and learned everything I could about how nutrition and lifestyle impact a woman’s hormones. Through years of education, research, and trial-and-error in my own life, I began to heal. I didn’t just reverse my symptoms and begin to feel “normal” again – I felt better and more in tune with my body than ever before! That experience reshaped my life. I went on to buy a health food store, and for the last 20 years, I’ve been helping women on their own wellness journeys with solutions and tools that work.

And now? I’m in perimenopause myself. So, trust me – I get it! The mood swings, the exhaustion, the “what the hell is happening to my body?” moments. It’s rough. But here’s the good news: there are ways to make this transition easier and I’m here to help you find out what works – for your body, your lifestyle, and your life.
